As an avid birder with a passion for photography, capturing birds in the wild has become an exhilarating part of every trip. Together with my bird-watching spouse, our holidays are often filled with the thrill of spotting and photographing a wide variety of species around the world. Unlike most birders, I keep a "photographed birds" list, making every shot an exciting challenge. The fast-moving, often elusive nature of birds can make getting the perfect photo difficult, but the reward is incredible. Not only do these photos serve as lasting memories, but they also reveal hidden details and vibrant colors that were missed in the moment. These newfound insights help me spot and appreciate the same species even more the next time I encounter them in the wild!​
